But then keeping in mind that experience that you hold for 14 years or 13 years in the banking industry not many things are still the same. You will find a lot of banking stuff the same they might be You know, just to take a very basic stuff. There might be some changes in the policies. Some kind of interest rate. Maybe some kind of customer satisfaction there is actually built up. There may be slight changes and few other things but not everywhere. Banking has been still the same. The investment part and all those parts remain the same Right? Banking as a sector have made some changes Mainly on the technological trends, there has been a lot of development. Digitalization has grown up. My main problem is when we go for an independent director what I understand is that your personal branding plays very important role and network networking Now even in industry that I have specialized in banking Banking is not never small banks are big Okay. And the independent directors which they hold are really with, you know... Like my ex-MD was Shikha Sharma is an independent director on a lot of boards. Okay? On finance companies or bank boards as an independent Director So that's kind of profile which ideally a Bank or financial institution looks at for independent directors They will not look me as potential candidate You know for it because the call is really very high. So I feel that if i target banking as an industry or being a ID then it may not fetch me, If my job got to get to work so I will have an ID on for 14 years with this. You know its as simple and putting it very blunt. I am talking about consentments from today's time when I talk about consentment and tell them that I want back into banking industry they say it is difficult because their industry is very rigid Okay and you know even getting a job in the banking industry at level which I was or a level below is a task currently. And hurt me for last one year, and am not getting a Job okay? So then to aspire to become an independent director in some financial institution or a fintech, even for that matter banking is difficult. I don't think they will consider my profile as being an independent Director. in other forms, it cannot be banks. So that's where I want to brainstorm and understand what could be a potential stream of industry when I can pitch myself as an independent director accordingly I can look at doing my personal branding. about personal and this is nothing apart from showcasing your social media now that can always happen when you write different kind of posts on LinkedIn, you write some blogs, create a website and show your presence in the market. And taking into consideration as you have a gap Why I am thinking this is because you need to think faster as compared with me. So, you would be like, you know, I'm not talking about the industry right now. I'm just talking about personal branding irrespective of the industry these are few things where you need build up yourself. See, I do understand.
